What bus size should we book for our group?

It depends on passenger count, luggage volume, route, and comfort expectations. Large charter buses are usually best for bigger groups and airport transfers with luggage. Medium and small buses can work well for smaller groups, tighter routes, or day movements. Send us your group size and bag count and we can recommend a practical option.

How many bags can fit on the bus?

Luggage space varies by vehicle type and seating layout. Large coaches usually have the strongest underfloor trunk capacity, while small buses may have limited luggage space. Please include suitcase size, number of bags, and any sports or equipment cases when requesting a quotation.

Can we request a specific bus model or exact seat count?

You can request preferences, but final vehicle assignment depends on supplier availability, region, season, and route requirements. We confirm the suitable bus category and important operating details before the service date.

Can buses stop anywhere for pickup or sightseeing?

Not always. Some hotels, stations, airports, attractions, and city areas have strict bus access, parking, or pickup rules. We help check realistic pickup points and timing so the itinerary can operate smoothly.

Bookings and Payment

How do we get a quotation?

Send your travel dates, route or itinerary draft, group size, luggage details, and any guide or assistant requirements. The more complete the first request is, the faster we can prepare a practical quotation.

When is payment required?

Payment timing is shown on your quotation or invoice. In general, payment is required in advance to confirm services. Some quotations may show staged payments or a holding deposit depending on the booking.

What payment methods are available?

Quotations normally include credit or debit card payment by secure payment link, and bank transfer details. Bank transfer fees and related surcharges are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the cancellation policy?

The standard cancellation table used on quotations is 20% from 20 to 8 days before, 50% from 7 to 2 days before, and 100% from the day before or on the tour day. Some services, suppliers, or special arrangements may have different conditions, so please check your quotation and our Terms & Conditions.

Yes. We can arrange bilingual guides, travel assistants, airport meet and greet staff, and interpreters depending on the group and itinerary. Travel assistants are useful when the group needs help with daily logistics and driver communication.

Yes. We can review timing, routing, parking constraints, rest stops, hotel access, and attraction windows. This is especially useful for multi-day groups, school trips, cruise shore excursions, and busy city routes.

Do you arrange airport transfers?

Yes. We arrange private airport transfers for groups across Japan. Please share flight details, arrival or departure airport, group size, luggage volume, and hotel or destination information.
